1. SAP S/4HANA Output Management
   The standard solution in SAP S/4HANA is based on the Business Rules Framework Plus (BRF+) and supports various output channels such as print, e-mail, XML or IDoc. It offers flexible control through rules and conditions and is suitable for simple requirements, but with limited customization options.
2. SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe (SAP Adobe Forms)
   This form-based solution enables the creation of interactive and dynamic PDF forms that can also integrate digital signatures. It is particularly suitable for invoices, offers or contracts and requires Adobe Document Services (ADS).
3. SAP Smart Forms
   An older solution for forms that is often used in SAP ERP. It provides a graphical editor for creating documents, but is less flexible than Adobe Forms.
4. SAP Script
   The oldest output management technology in SAP, a text-based form solution that is now mostly replaced by Smart Forms or Adobe Forms.
5. Plus Technologies Output Management
   A print and document control solution that uses SAP Spool Integration via the BCXOM interface. It optimizes print management and distribution and is particularly suitable for companies with high print volumes.
